The Benelli semi-automatic shotgun can use shells with a 65 mm 2 1 2 or 70 mm 2 3 4 case, with maximum shot loads of 42 grammes Demi-Magnum for 12 gauge and 32 grammes Demi-Magnum for 20 gauge. For models with Magnum barrel, besides the above types of ammunition, 76 mm 3 cartridges may be used with maximum permissible shot loads of 56 grammes for 12 gauge and 36 grammes for 20 gauge.
